About This Tool

This web application helps you create 3D-printable circuit boards from KiCad PCB files. It's a new approach to making PCBs using only a 3D printer - no etching required!

How it works:

  1. Upload your .kicad_pcb file
  2. Generate the 3D model with extruded traces
  3. Print the board and press tool
  4. Apply adhesive copper tape to the printed board
  5. Use the press tool to push the tape into the trace grooves

Features:

  • Automatic trace extrusion and hole enlargement
  • Generates both board and press tool STL files
  • Built-in perforation G-code generator for preparing boards
  • Calibration tools for needle offset on Bambu A1/A1 Mini printers
  • Real-time 3D preview of your PCB

Designed for Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini printers with needle attachment.
